Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate 19-year-old Spencer Howg.
Spencer was last in contact with his family on June 15 and police are concerned for his safety and well-being. Spencer is believed to be in Red Deer.
Spencer is described as:
- 5’7″
- 130 lbs
- Blonde hair
- Blue eyes
