INNISFAIL – Two aging seniors residences were demolished to make way for Innisfail’s new Autumn Grove development – an integrated seniors independent and supportive living facility with 60 seniors lodge units and 30 seniors apartment units.
The new building combines lodge and independent living for Parkland Foundation residents and is built on the same land as the existing lodge and seniors self-contained facility.
“We are thrilled to finally see the new Autumn Grove project become a reality,” said Connie Huelsman, Division 4 Councillor and Parkland Foundation chair.
The lodge is funded by the Government of Alberta to add capacity to seniors housing. Construction on the new building started in 2017.
